Plastic Free Henley

Plastic Free Henley is a local initiative that aims to create a community network in Henley to free where we live from single-use. We’ve chosen to join Surfers Against Sewage, a movement that has grown into one of the UK’s most active and successful environmental charities, uniting and empowering individuals, community groups, businesses and local government to reduce their collective plastic footprint.
Plastic Free Henley was set up in 2019 by Julia Carey, Narelle Chidwick, Sandra Munuera and Jo Dickson. Although progress stalled during COVID it is starting up again now.
Follow us on social media to learn more tips for your personal action, read articles about plastic reduction and be up to date with local events. Let’s strive together!
