Mill/Marsh Meadows

Date and time: Wednesday 5 April, 9:30 – 12:30
Meeting place: the Mill Meadows car park, just beyond the River & Rowing Museum. I have made arrangements with the Town Council for volunteers to park for free for the duration of the work party
Things to bring: gardening gloves

The tasks for this session will be general maintenance work although we must avoid disturbing nesting birds. As always, litter picking will be on the agenda for anyone willing to do it. See below for the more general information. Attached please find the risk assessment.

Please contact Lex or me if you have any queries. It would be helpful if you could let us know if you are attending a session to help ensure we have enough tools, tea, coffee and cake. Lex works for the Town Council on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. His work mobile is 07508 427026.
