Greener Henley AGM for 2022
Where: the Kings Arms Barn, Henley
When: at 7:30pm on Wednesday 14th December 2022
Everyone is welcome to join us for our 2022 AGM. There will be time after the formal part of the meeting (outlined below) to chat and to discuss what has gone well in 2022 and what we can do better in 2023.
If you would like to put your name forward as an officer of Greener Henley (in particular we are looking for help with Fundraising, as well as either Treasurer or Chair) – or to join the Enabling Group, or would like to nominate someone either as an officer, or as a member of the Enabling Group, please email [email protected]

6. Election of Officers:
Chair
The Chair so elected will take the chair for the rest of the meeting.
7. Election of the Enabling Group.
The constitution states that there should be at least 4 and up to 6 members including officers. It is suggested that this should include if possible 1 person from Comms, Outreach and Fundraising Teams, if they are not already represented by one of the officers. We can propose at this point to co-opt additional members to the Enabling Group.
8. Collated Reports on Greener Henley Activities during 2022 and plans for 2023
9. There are no changes proposed to the constitution
10. There have been no changes to the documents: Aims and Aspirations, Rolls and Top priorities. Please send a request to [email protected], if you would like a copy of any of these to review.
