GH Wildlife Group Sessions – Holy Trinity Churchyard

Date and time – Wednesday 26 July, 9:30 – 12:30
Location – Holy Trinity Churchyard
Meeting Place – in front of Holy Trinity Church

Things to Bring – gardening gloves, garden shears and garden rakes, the ones you would use for raking up leaves will be best, if you have them

One of the tasks for this session will be cutting more of the grass around the gravestones.

I hope you will be able to join us at our sessions in July. Lex and I will provide as many tools as we can, but it would be helpful if some people could bring their own. If you haven’t already done so, could I please ask everyone who intends coming to work parties to provide the contact details specified in the table below. Lex has been reviewing our procedures in relation to risk assessments and has found that these details are supposed to be lodged with the Town Council. The procedures state that ‘All information will be kept safe and confidential.’

Please contact Lex or me if you have any queries. It would be helpful if you could let us know if you are attending a session to help ensure we have enough tools, tea, coffee and cake. Lex works for the Town Council on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. His work mobile is 07508 427026.
