Trees group working parties

(Socially distanced) volunteers are needed to cut back nettles, weeds, grass and bramble from the trees on the Chalk Bank, Tilebarn Wood, and on Marsh Meadow.

We also need one or more rolling water containers (as used for taking water to caravans and boats). This prolonged drought will be having a bad effect on the trees we planted last winter, particularly on the bank at Tilebarn Wood and I am sure they would benefit from being watered from time to time.

Please get back to me by by email if you are interested in getting involved. Give me the times of day and days of the week when you would prefer to take part and I will do what I can to engage everyone.

To make contact please email [email protected] , or text or WhatsApp to 07733 026906.
