SUMMARY:GH Wildlife Group Session - Mill/Marsh Meadows
DESCRIPTION:Date and time – Wednesday 12 July\, 9:30 – 12:30\nLocation – Mill/Marsh Meadows\nMeeting Place – the Mill Meadows car park\, just beyond the River & Rowing Museum. Arrangements have been made with the Town Council for volunteers to park for free for the duration of the work party. \nThings to bring – gardening gloves \nThe tasks for this session will be general maintenance work. As always\, litter picking will be on the agenda for anyone willing to do it.  See below for the more general information. \nI hope you will be able to join us at our sessions in July. Lex and I will provide as many tools as we can\, but it would be helpful if some people\ncould bring their own. If you haven’t already done so\, could I please ask everyone who intends coming to work parties to provide the contact details specified in the table below. Lex has been reviewing our procedures in relation to risk assessments and has found that these details are supposed to be lodged with the Town Council. The procedures state that ‘All information will be kept safe and confidential.’ \nPlease contact Lex or me if you have any queries. It would be helpful if you could let us know if you are attending a session to help ensure we have enough tools\, tea\, coffee and cake. Lex works for the Town Council on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. His work mobile is 07508 427026. \nIf you know anyone else who may be interested\, could you please forward this e-mail to them. If you no longer wish to be reminded about these sessions\, please let me know. \nBest wishes – Sally
