Learn to Love the Weeds

Let nature in – weeds are a feast for bees!

Plants we may think of as weeds are food and habitat for all sorts of wildlife. In learning more about them we can begin to see their importance. Dandelions, for example, are a rich source of nectar for a myriad of insects throughout the Summer. If we reduce our chemical use and let the weeds live a little we will increase biodiversity in our outdoor spaces and give nature more of a chance.
